85th Anniversary

Can you believe El Cholo is coming up on its 85th anniversary? Well, it is, and on that day, October 27, 2008, they will be offering area teachers, firefighters and police officers a free meal beginning at 5pm, as is their annual tradition.

This "anniversary offer is valid at the historic El Cholo Cafe at 1121 S. Western Ave. in Los Angeles as well as at the El Cholo restaurant in Santa Monica."
