Having seen Rick Bayless cook up a number of great meals on his TV show, wishing for some time now that I could go to one of his restaurants in Chicago, owning one (sorry, not all) of his cookbooks, and following him on Twitter I was excited to hear that he was opening up a restaurant in Los Angeles. Hopefully I can make it their soon but the PR people sent me pictures of Pork Belly Sopes and Shrimp Tostaditas:
